Custom Orders

Since the custom item is being made specifically for you, all deposits on custom order items are non-refundable.  Once you make your deposit and we discuss the design, I will send you a progress photo for your approval.  At this point, once you have approved the design and I have begun your piece, changes can no longer be made nor can a refund be given.  Minor details may be changed to make the overall design look better, and you are agreeing that I, as the designer, have the freedom to do this.  Major changes will be discussed with you first. 

Payment Plans

I am very flexible when it comes to payment plans.  Please contact me and I am happy to work something out with you!  I do ask that you make your first payment within 3 days. 

Sizing and Coloring

Sizing is stated in the listing as accurately as possible, although ring sizes may vary slightly, up to .25.  Stone colors may also vary slightly from your device to reality due to variations of screen/monitors.

Shipping (US)

US orders are shipped USPS First Class with a tracking number. Insurance and signature confirmation options are available upon request, but generally I have not found them to be necessary. Already-made items will be shipped within 5 days after  your payment has cleared.  I begin working on custom orders right away, and they can take 1 to 3 weeks to be completed and shipped (we will discuss timelines when you place your order).

Shipping (International)

Please contact me before placing your order so I can determine if I can ship to your country. I will advise you of the shipping cost and timeline then.  Please note, C&A cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, undelivered, or damaged in transit.  Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns for Ready-Made Items

Returns are not offered for ready-made items, but I may offer an exchange or a store credit for certain items on a case by case basis.  Please remember that all my items are one-of-a-kind and handmade entirely by me.  I take several photos and include a description on each listing.  I want to ensure you are happy with your purchase from start to finish.  If a piece becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear, including cracked or missing stones, this becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns for Custom Pieces

Returns are not offered on custom orders.  These have been designed specifically for you and not intended for anyone else.  Please make sure of your commitment before you move forward with your purchase.
